I have a client that has come to my office to report that her neighbor is scary and has a lot of people at his home constantly. Mostly she would like to report noise complaints. He is very loud at night and has a lot of people always coming to the his home late at night driving motorcycles and it is very disruptive.
This is a follow-up on my complaint from 8/18, #173408, regarding the noise from the work on the tennis courts. The piercing truck backing-up noise went on late yesterday, possibly until around 8 pm. This morning it began at 6:40 am. Is this not a bit too early? Is 12-14 hours of this noise in a day not excessive? This noise has been going on all week. How much longer will it persist? Speaking with my neighbors, this noise is forcing us to risk covid and go into the office. Is there no way to turn down the volume on the warning beep? As bad as it is for me, I imagine this must cause some loss of hearing and sanity for the construction workers using the equipment.
Noise all day from the piercing beeping of the construction trucks on the tennis courts. Is there a volume control? Even with all my windows closed and the walls are insulated, I hear this beeping in my house over a block away. It makes it VERY difficult to concentrate and work from home! When will this project be done? This construction project is going to force me to go into to the office.
The street sign for Southdowns Dr at the intersection of E Southdowns and High Street has been missing for a couple of months. Street signs for both E Southdowns and Circle Drive are also missing where those two streets intersect. (A related problem with those signs: Due to trees on the property where the sign post is located, the signs cannot easily be seen in the winter and, at certain vantage points, can't be seen at all when leaves are on the trees.) I'd appreciate your help with these matters. Thank you!
This has been on going now for over a week it is all day and all night the people that live there are running a generator to run power into the house and to the 2 rvs in the back by the alley. It’s super loud and I can’t take it much more. I’m honestly surprised the SCCAP office hasn’t made any complaints yet.
Ugh I’m sorry to have to bother again! I understand there are far more important issues to be tended to but this is just getting ridiculous honestly. Once again I can hear the generator sound running and has officially yet again awaken my kids. My kids have school in the morning and I honestly don’t know what else I can do about this situation. If the electric bill is their issue and the SCCAP office is literally right in walking distance then maybe they should seek assistance to get help paying it. Again I’m very sorry to bother your officers with this issue once again.

Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
I am a neighbor of this address. Twice in the past year, the two dogs who live at this property have been in the street and charged me and my dog. On another occasion, one of the dogs charged the property's fence and attempted to bite me by reaching *over* the fence. I have reported two of these instances to Animal Control. The last time (when the dog attempt to bite over the fence), the Animal Control officer told me that he had explained to the owners that their fence violates zoning by being too close to the sidewalk, and that the owners had expressed an intention to remove the fence in the front and keep the dogs in the back. However, I have heard, "We keep the dogs in the back" multiple times, when that is not true. The Animal Control Officer suggested that I could contact the city's zoning office, to have the fencing issue in the front yard addressed. I cannot find a way to contact Zoning specifically, so I am submitting the request here. FWIW, other people have had encounters with these dogs, though I don't know if they have reported it. Green fence on Ramble Rd W and Rusgan in Blueridge is damaged. May have been hit. Fence post knocked down and rest of fence falling apart.
