The grass behind the curb on the northeast corner of the 4th and Madison Street intersection has had a large gouge, caused by a tire, since last year. The gouge is very unsightly, especially for a recently improved intersection. It also releases muddy water every time it rains. Please repair the gouge and apply grass seed or sod (I recommend a small patch of sod, but use your best judgment). Thank you.
Submitting for a caller to the OOTM--Caller reported a fire hydrant on Euclid Ave and 3rd Street is currently "spewing water".
The bottom spout on the water fountain is not working, the one for dogs. The upper fountains are still working. This is the water fountain on the B-line Trail just north of 4th Street. Thanks for taking a look!
Water is coming out of the faucet yellow this morning. It is also yellow coming out of the garden hose. What is causing this? I am concerned it is unsafe to use.

We had an ice buildup issue in the last deep freeze we’ve never seen before on 3rd st. Not even from the first deep freeze. Water runs from the location and house I tagged all the way down to 4th street and hasn’t stopped even as everything else has dried up post rain. Not sure if it’s a house issue or pipe issue but figured worth noting.
