Drainage from the football field covers the path from Olcott Park to JCMS with water (even after days with no rain). The water turns to ice when the temperature drops. Dozens of school children and community members use the path daily. I’ve seen school children slip and fall hard on their way to school. In past years the path is not adequately able to be maintained to remove the ice...the ice gets so thick that a general maintenance crew would not be able to remove it once it has formed. This path is often skipped by snow removal efforts (not sure if it’s City or MCCSC). Please consider a way to redirect this flow before someone gets seriously hurt. Thank you.

I was billed for 3000 gallons of water in a month that I used less than 100. Both the meter and the next bill I received reflect this. I assumed I would be credited for the overpayment when the meter was checked again, but that did not happen.

My water bill seems abnormally high (2-3 times higher than any bill I've received the last few years). I saw the article in the Herald Times concerning residences on the south side who were billed incorrectly, which appears to be my case. Can I say that we are thrilled with the new way trash is being picked up now? No. Furnace filter still in the trash can, other trash sitting next to the trash can, collecting rain water. Not a good job this morning. 700 block of Eastside Drive.

Hi, I was wondering if the trash vehicle could stop just tipping over the trash can when they empty the trash bins in SoMax area. This is the second week that the trashcan was on its side. It damages the trash can over time and this morning there was a lot of water inside of the can. Thank you.

My water Utilization is up by a factor of 4 from past months. There is nothing that we are doing to dramatically increase water use. Either past or current metering is in error or there is some kind of major unknown usage.
