The bike path along Sare Road south of the intersection with Olcott is rapidly deteriorating due to continuous water flow over the path that washes dirt, branches and rocks onto the path. Something needs to be done to divert this water away from the path. In the winter the water freezes, leaving the path coated with a sheet of ice. Very dangerous for bikes and pedestrians.
The largest section in Ferguson dog park has many puddles that fill in when it rains, one of which is almost always full and is very deep. The puddles get very muddy, and when the water is turned off for winter, there is no way to prevent dogs from getting in the puddle and then no way to clean them off. It would be beneficial, I believe, to fill in these holes with dirt of gravel so this would no longer be an issue. Thanks for considering!
The pedestrian bridge over the creek {Early History Trail} RCA Park has a massive blockage of trees limbs etc. Heavy rain creates a massive pool of water the eventually releases down stream, affecting property down stream. Please remove. Thankyou
Please remove the invasive species--Tree of Heaven---near the water uplift station near the street on the west side of the property. It is growing very fast and spreading. Thank you.
Water fountain isn’t on at Park Ridge East Park
The park ridge east baseball field is in need of repair. Request the infield be groomed and holes filled in. Water pools at the home plate. The backstop fence also needs to be secured so that balls cannot roll under it and into the street.

Our sub division Northwood Estates has been having a lot of trouble with drainage. It seems that the easements have overgrown scab trees & brush that may be blocking some water but it also seems as thoug your drainage system that takes the water to a creek needs to be cleaned out. We back up to the golf course & have trouble getting the golf course staff to maintain our side of the course, ie mowing, weeds, dead trees along the road,etc. We seem to be a bit neglected when it comes to these problems. As can be seen in the photo there are three dry creek beds (swales) feeding the area where the runoff water is pooling during a heavy rain fall. Cause of the pooling is the drain through a small ridge is eroded and clogged up. City needs to remedy this issue.
