Yard waste, claims "poison" being poured on the area where excessive growth. Concerned about "poison" getting into other yards, being near children and the safety of the water supply.

Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.
Bug infestation in apartment, questionable functioning of water heater. Spoke w/ an inspector (MA).
Litter, water overflow, dumpster overflow in alley behind.
Trash everywhere. Also kid pools in the yard with standing water.
Gretchen Knapp of 1019 E. Wylie (next door to this property) says there is brush, trash, cat food cans, debris (pieces of wood), tarps collecting water and attracting rats and bugs, and other nuisances in the back yard of 1021, as well as around the rest of the property. She would like someone to come in to her house and look at the yard from the upstairs of her home.
Someone has dumped a water heater on the curb. The caller said that it is right across from the tennis court.
