Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

Gretchen Knapp of 1019 E. Wylie (next door to this property) says there is brush, trash, cat food cans, debris (pieces of wood), tarps collecting water and attracting rats and bugs, and other nuisances in the back yard of 1021, as well as around the rest of the property.
