I deliver papers in the Gentry Honors neighborhood. There may be a water line break/leak near the intersection of Fenbrook and Sara, just past the stop sign. It's near a new home construction but beside an empty lot. There is a layer of ice about 5 inches thick and covering a portion of the street to the storm drain. It appears to be coming from the grassy/wooded area but is not normal runoff from rain, I think--I've never seen that much water run and it's getting bigger by the day. Just wanted to lyk in case it's a city water issue.

apparent water line leak on Park Ridge road about 50 feet south of Morningside in front to condos. Water is flowing between sidewalk and street near the water meter.

For the past few days I have noticed moisture apparently coming from under the street at the corner of my yard in the Linden Hill subdivision. The gutter in front of my mailbox seems to have a small amount of water present when no other standing water is visible in the neighborhood. Looks like an underground leak which needs to be investigated. Not bad now but could get worse. Thanks.

Hello, our water meter lid had a hole in it and seems to be sinking. We are trying to get our yard leveled and would like to know if the meter "pit" can be raised and the lid replaced. I have been trying to pay water bill online for quite some time today and every time I do it says runtime error. This has occurred on two laptops and a cellphone, wifi and cellular data. I will check again tomorrow but I wanted to bring this issue to someone's attention. Thank you.
