Hello, our water flow has been about halved in the past month. It is most noticeable in the kitchen. What can be done in this situation?

4400 S Calloway ct. 47401 Cory Blackwell We have a water leak at our main in our yard. Our normal bill is around 40 dollars and our last one was over 160 dollars. This has happened once before about 2 years ago. The city came out and looked at it saying that it was on there end and they kindly fixed it for us... i think we have the same issue again. Significant water leakage from the water meter behind 108 N Union St. Water running down the driveway between 106 and 108. Please investigate urgently to insure that we aren't getting charged excessively for water usage.
