Complainant has visible black mold on flooring under the sink. Reported the issue over a week ago to Property Mgmnt. Maintenance said they would not replace because it is a newer board. The adjacent board had a hole in it from a water leak and was replaced. Also has concern about bathroom sink repair.

haven't seen any humans around this property for several days. At least one dog on property (there were two, but I have only seen one recently). Can access inside and outside, I believe, but I don't know if there is food or water. Dog's condition has deteriorated in recent couple weeks-dull coat in need of attention, ears and eyes not as alert as usual. Welfare check needed. Back yard is also extremely overgrown, untagged junk RV sitting in front driveway. Several problems are apparent. Property care has declined steadily over last 6 months. Water leak near hydrant near south east corner of 3609 e 3rd st. I have reported this by telephone 3 times in the recent past. Leak seems to be getting worse as time goes by. Thanks, Dan

This situation involves the east bound bike lane that is part of E 3rd Street and the paved bike/pedestrian path on the same side (south side) these areas have been covered with deep sand and gravel for years,and standing water after any hard rain. This is a hazard to cyclists using these paths. This is state highway but the city has a duty to protect taxpayers in the city limits, and one of this areas listed is clearly a sidewalk and comes under HANDS jurisdiction, or parks and Recreation as a bike path.
Deep mud and water covering the sidewalk for years, this is a safety hazard that is equivalent to snow and ice that is routinely ticked for at other residences in the area!
During heavy rains, we have been having sewage backing up into our basement. I suspect the cause may be rain water entering the sewer system through this manhole.
I have a problem on my property with drainage. The drainage of my property runs off naturally into my neighbor's yard. His address is 3514 Morningside Drive. When a storm comes, his back yard pools and remains there for a few days until it is absorbed into the ground. I discussed with one of the neighbors how this might be resolved and volunteered to help pay for pipes that would carry the water that pools in their yard to the ditch along Morningside Drive. The neighbor didn't think that would work. Now they have dug out a deeper hole in their yard and are installing a "Sponge Garden." My understanding is that this will retain water and will not allow my yard to drain. This area has backed up into my basement in the past and flooded it. It seems to me that this will occur more easily with the installment of the "Sponge Garden." I appeal to the city of Bloomington to send engineers to come and see if there is some way that water can be drained into the ditch along Morningside Drive.
