Stated that the alley behind his property is eroding due to storm water.

Morey stated that the city installed a drain that goes down the street and discharges the water runoff into her sideyard. The runoff has caused a ditch to form on her property. She is concerned about safety and the deterioration of her property
NATURAL DRAIN IN BACK YARD W/ 12" -14" CULVERT. NEIGHBOR HAS PUT A LOAD OF STONE BACKING UP THE NATURAL DRAINING OF THE STORM WATER.
The storm inlet near Gosport has eroded causing a hole that is dangerous to residents and public. The drainage ditch fills up with debris and water.
Storm drain not connected (?) causing a pool of water in her backyard.
WATER PONDS IN BACK YARD
Driving to work at 8:00 a.m., water had begun to form large puddle on Lincoln St. near Boys and Girls Club.

Big drainage problem where Morton intersects 2nd, just west of the RR tracks. Big puddles form, drain on north side is higher than the depression that the water gathers in. Water freezes in winter. Citizen says she has reported this several times but no action is taken and no one responds to her. (could not find record in system)
