There is a water valve cover that has water coming out of the cover and running down the side walk - not a large qty but enough to run down the sidewalk and create a trail. Intersection of S. High Street and E. Arden Drive. North/East corner 10' up sidewalk North. It does seem that early morning 5a-5:30a it is always running down the sidewalk but by mid morning the water has dissipated. About a week after the taste and smell of tap water became like dirt, very organic, I began having loose stool. Last night I bought gallons of water from Kroger because the issue has only gotten worse. I've read that Lake Monroe is experiencing algal blooms, and this document by the epa indicates that this could be a problem, therefore I am reporting this for the safety of the community. https://www.epa.gov/sites/default/files/2016-11/documents/harmful_algal_blooms_and_drinking_water_factsheet.pdf

There is a drain on my front lawn that does not appear to be working properly. In recent rains and snow there is a great deal of water flooding the front of the lawn and takes several days to go away. It pools over the drain. It did not use to do this. Please contact me. Thank you.

Hello - (Joe VanDeventer) Bringing to your attention the need to repave E. Longview Ave. Your department repaved a section of E. Longview in 2020 but the repaving stopped short of the Park Ridge residential neighborhood. This road needs repaving badly and I ask that you consider it on your repaving schedule ASAP. The photo above is an example granted from a water pooling issue that is still being resolved after some drain work, thanks! But the full length of E. Longview needs repaving. It is part of the E-W bike corridor, no sidewalks so lots of pedestrian traffic and bike traffic and a cut through by many avoiding Third St., and we have traffic calming bumps that will need reinstallation like you completed on Morningside Drive in 2020. Can't get a photo to upload to uReport. There appears to be a minor water leak coming from under the edge of the asphalt at the corner of Bainbridge and Allendale. Curb has been holding water for a while and there seems to be a small but increasing flow.
