Water is flowing north from west of Cameron Row into the intersection of Queens Way and Montclair Avenue. It appears to be flowing north behind several of the units west of Ramsey and South of Queens Way.

Water is not cold - it is warm or hot.
My water meter shows that I may have a leak. I would like someone to come and see if it is between my house and the meter or the meter and the road.
Question: why do my house plumbing leaks occur when lots of people leave town for vacation? This happens not every vacation, but most of the leaks in my house have occurred like today, at vacation time, or 4th of july, etc. Is it that city water pressure to my house goes up then? Do you try to regulate pressure for this vacation exodus?

I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. We had the water meter turned off due to a line break. Our plumber tells us the meter itself is shatter and will need to be replaced.
