Question: why do my house plumbing leaks occur when lots of people leave town for vacation? This happens not every vacation, but most of the leaks in my house have occurred like today, at vacation time, or 4th of july, etc. Is it that city water pressure to my house goes up then? Do you try to regulate pressure for this vacation exodus?

abandon residence entered by homeless, no electricity, water, heat graffiti on exterior of building. unable to find current owner via Monroe county GIS to request clean up and to secure building doors and windows broken into i am sure that soon it will become a health issue it already is a eye sore to to the area, now that it has been tagged by graffiti it is a open invitation to vandals to spread throughout the area i would like to request that the owners be required to clean up the area

But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. We had the water meter turned off due to a line break. Our plumber tells us the meter itself is shatter and will need to be replaced.
This horrible rental company had water flowing out of their house for at least a week. Busted pipes, and they don't take care of their properties. There's already been a bunch of cases of mold in their rentals. I bet you anything these subhumas are going to still try to rent this shithole to some rentals they know they can easily take advantage of.

I had a remarkably high water bill last month that my property manager supposedly fixed on 3/12. My service bill date range for this last month was 3/2 till 4/2. I was wondering if I could have a day-by-day breakdown of my water usage. Specifically, I need to know if there was remarkably high water usage on or after 3/12. If there is none, then that means that the water leak was probably resolved but if there is still insane water usage after 3/12 then it still has not been resolved. Thank you!
