If you haven't yet finalized the text and layout for the 2024 Sanitation Collection Schedule, there is one improvement: Please print any solid waste pickup date exceptions in a readable font size as part of the Solid Waste & Recycling Checklist. The very fine print listed vertically on the 2023 magnet has obviously been overlooked by residents scheduled for Thursday route pickup. It would also help to have pickup exceptions listed on the website. Thank you.

The B Clear Open Data portal should follow the best practice of referencing source URLs over the HTTPS protocol.
For example on this page:
https://data.bloomington.in.gov/dataset/bloomington-city-council-districts-gis-data/resource/9b0438ae-fdba-44f3-a14a-b39fd63912d0
The link to the actual resource is not secured. It is served over plaintext `http`:
http://bloomington.in.gov/geoserver/publicgis/ows?service=WFS&version=1.1.0&request=GetFeature&typeName=publicgis:CityCouncilDistricts&outputFormat=shape-zip
This has practical implications for data users. Esri's ArcGIS Online product only supports loading URLS over 'https', so the current URLs don't work directly with Esri.
A test confirmed that the URLs are valid if "http" is simply replaced with "https" in the returned URLs.
Hopefully this means that this fix amounts to small configuration change to start referencing the secure versions of the resource URLs.
Thanks.

This site, representing the Council district is over a year old. Regardless of the disclaimer on the Bloomington.in.gove site, it is absolutely irresponsible of the city to provide such a tool, especially during an election, with completely misrepresentative data - what is the point, disinformation? This site should be taken down if it isn't maintained to reflect current districts.
Thanks,
James

City website (arcgis) showing voter precincts and their corresponding districts is in need of updating to the post-redistricting version.

The MyBloomington page doesn't seem to show districts based on the redistricting changes, so it's very difficult to see who will be on your ballot

Would like a City street limits boundary map that works on Iphones put on City web page! That way would know whom to call Street or County for problems.

What is the TIMELINE for paving Lindbergh St between W17th and W 11th? I would like to share your short answer tonight as I preside over the Crescent Bend Neighborhood Association meeting. Also, I would appreciate update on speed reduction plan for W 17th St, which we submitted to UReport last month.--Thanks for information! Sharon Roualet, President CBNA

Too many places to take pictures. Overgrowth is getting out of control. Alexander ally its just awful you can not drive your car on it with out scratching it up. All other Alleys are getting just as bad in this area. The way bushes have been planted on the citys bumouts/ traffic calming is impossible to see around the corners. The corner of 10th and summit is not safe you have to get in the middle of the road to see and i have had many near misses with other cars. Getting off of 10th and adams is bad. The round about on cottage and summit is awful Someone needs to come out and inspect the entire neighbor hood. Plus on adams is a vacant lot that has gotten way over grown. Just so many places in this area that need attention.sorry i may have sent this already but i got disconnected and not sure if it went.
