Dead deer on shoulder of High St.

The branches encroaching on the sidewalk have gotten to be too much on High St. just South of Wimbleton. Pedestrian traffic is significant here, especially now that school has started, and it's honestly challenging for adults to get past one another while ducking under the branches. This is a popular place for people to ride their bikes on the sidewalk, taking their kids to school, and an adult biking on the sidewalk going down the hill might be in danger of being decapitated by all the branches.

This is a recurring issue from last year. Commercial equipment being parked in our Sycamore Knolls subdivision for over 3 months! Don’t know if it’s in need of repair, but they’ve had plenty of time if it does. Also, Sycamore Knolls subdivision has Convenants prohibiting the parking of such vehicles in the neighborhood. Can the proper authority/department please address this issue at the intersection of Arden and Sycamore Court. Thank you for your time.

On February 24 during a wind storm a tree, which stands near the power line between Arden Dr. and Queens Way, dangerously cracked. The workers from Duke Energy, who cut a big portion of the tree, understandably didn’t want it to fall on the power line. They did it in a such way that branches fell to our back yard and even damaged the fence. Duke doesn’t want to remove debris and repair the fence. Despite the tree stand on the land belonging to Duke (or town?) and the damage was not the act of nature, they claim that it is not their responsibility. 167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house?
