Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. As usual, the residents at this location have left their full recycling can outside after (I assume) pick up was refused. Due to the strong wind, the can has tipped over and debris is blowing off of their property. Trash/Recycling day is on Monday, it’s now Wednesday. They’ve come and gone plenty of times, it’s not like they haven’t seen the knocked over open can, there is just no excuse for this to continue happening. I am tired of having to clean their garbage off of my lawn.

The recycling fellow looked in my container and evidentally, a single plastic bag was not recylable, so he hung that bag halfway out of the container and did not pick up any of the recycling. I'm sorry I made that mistake, but it would have been small effort to put the bag in the trash container that was right beside it or to leave the plastic and take the recycling. Really poor service.

recycling not picked up on Monday 11.27.23, I called and left message monday 11.27.23. 2 other houses on same street also missed. Recycle Bin still out, is full, needs to be picked up. They appear to be missed as I've talked to 2 other neighbors one next door, one across and 2 houses up also missed
