I rode through on 4th heading west to east and encountered a fair amount of loose sand on the road surface. It is on 4th just east of Walnut. That was around 10:30am. I have not been back through to see if it is still on the roadway.
I lost my wallet which contains my ID, driver license, credit and debit cards and most important of all a written copy of my social security number. I hope this does not come to bite my butt. I know I likely not get it back that is ok but if they use my social I would like this to be on record for me to get another one. So sorry if this causes issues later on. But I lost the wallet april 28, at around 4 or 8pm I realized i lost it at around 10pm. The theft used my card to make a purchase at chipotle. thats the last I know about it. This is a continuation of #185394, which was never resolved - because their is still a significant amount of construction debris in the bicycle lane. That ticket and this ticket have the same address at the top.
A construction sign is completely blocking the bicycle lane on a very busy street with speeding drivers. The sign was originally used to warn about road construction. But that construction was complete more than a week ago. All of the past week the lane has still been blocked. Why does the city not fine the contractor for this negligence? The contractor also left a significant about of debris in the bicycle lane between the sign and 17th street. Why does this happen? Does the city really care about bicycle safety?
Abandoned dark green Chevrolet Cavalier. Vehicle has been parked without moving for at least 5 months, if not longer. Vehicle has multiple flat tires and is surrounded by trash and trapped debris.
There has been an abandoned car parked in front of my house (519 E 14th St.) for a couple weeks. It's a dark green sedan, missing the front bumper. The bumper was on our front lawn for awhile, but I think someone stole it during the last football game. We would like it to be removed/towed so that we can use that space for parking our cars again. The attached picture is the view of the car from inside our house. Thanks.

Good afternoon, I am writing to report an issue with water drainage coming from the roofs of houses and dumping on to the sidewalk. Along N. Indiana Ave, many houses/apartments (owned by Elkins Apartments) have drainage downspouts that empty directly on to the sidewalk. This creates a hazard with constant freeze and thew during the winter months. I have personally felt unsafe walking down a sloped sidewalk, on what is pure ice during periods this winter. Indiana Ave. is a very high foot traffic area during winter months as fans walk to and from basketball games. From witnessing several people slip and fall on the ice, I feel like it is my duty as a citizen to report this issue to the city. Though we have been blessed this season with relatively mild temperatures, this does not overshadow the safety hazard created from the downspouts off many of these houses. This problem would ideally need to be handled quickly before the next cold spell of weather. Thank you. Best regards
