There is a section of 'street' between Dunn and Henderson that I believe was supposed to be a continuation of E Wilson Street. It is just a grass area that the city owns. However, the city is doing no maintenance on this piece of property. There is a dead pine tree that needs to be removed and a very large maple tree that is overgrown and threatening to drop branches onto cars. This tree also present a health issue in that there is a large poison ivy vine growing up the tree. I have tried calling the city forester multiple times without response. Can the one tree be removed, the other pruned and cleared of poison ivy, and the grass on this city land occasionally mowed?

People driving off road vehicles on Jackson creek trail, driving on,the basketball court, driving on the playground a 6pm in the evening with people playing basketball, little kids on the play ground and users on the trail. The also drove them in the grass through the butterfly area trails. Black Nissan truck with trailer two off road vehicles. Guess you need a sign what would seem to be obviously irresponsible. It was a family with 2 adults and two, maybe three kids.

My daughter dropped her keys in lake Griffey while out there in a canoe. We left a note on her car and spoke with Allie and Caroline. The locksmith can’t get a key made until July 30 or July 31. We are the 1556 S. Andrew Circle, Bloomington residents. This dead tree belongs to the City and it happened to be located right in front of our house. It really hurts our neighborhood’s green environment. We are encouraged to notify the City in order to remove or replace this Dead Tree ASAP. We tried several calls within the last three weeks, but no one really knows where we need to report. Finally we were asked to contact Mr. LEE from your forest department. But He neither answer our phone call nor response to our messages. We are very upset with Lee’s irresponsible attitude. If this is not his responsibility, he needs to call us and let us know who will be the right person to call. His ignorance to residents’s request is not acceptable. We are forced to write this email and hope City will pay attention to it. There is no too small things can be ignored if City really takes its responsibility. Hope to hear from you soon. The trail is totally covered from side to side by a slurry of mud and gravel. This is the Clear Creek Trail. I would give the location as on the Clear Creek Trail between Rockport and That Road, about where Fullerton / Gordon Pike would hit the Clear Creek Trail if it connected through. There is a gravel path that goes from the trail back up the hill towards the east, as a reference point. It is half a mile from Rockport Road on the trail towards That Road.

City Tree: I have previously spoken with the Director of the forestry dept in Park and Rec regarding this issue, but the issue has yet to be resolved. He said that the tree should be take care of at some point this Spring. I'm still hoping and waiting. The tree is a very large/tall dead Ash tree. The tree is a "City tree" along my property. The tree is very tall, is an Ash, and is dead. I would really hope that it would be taken down before it falls down and before it spreads many more emerald ash borers. The Tree is along West 12th Street at the corner of my property and the gravel alley the runs in the direction of W. 11th.

Referencing Case #168961 Actual address is 712 N. Oolitic but the GIS won't pinpoint there - city Ash tree back corner beside alley. Any updates? I am more than ready to re-seed the area once the tree and stump are removed.
