Our toilet will not flush and neither will the neighbor's. We have both had the drainage pipe reamed out to the street and the problem is still there. We think the blockage is across the street by the stream. Please unclog this for us.
There is a metal service door with a hole in it and the cap to this hole is missing. This is nothing to extreme, but it could be a hazard.
8" water valve cover popped off at Hillside & Dorchester. Eastbound lane of Hillside. Cover at base of stopsign/streetsign SE corner of intersection. This is the 3rd time I've reported this in just over a week (1st 2x's by phone). Why don't you replace with a cover that can be LOCKED DOWN to keep it in place?
I don't have a current photo but particularly since the utility work completed on this stretch of road the parking spots in front of the shops flood and hold water. The gradient actually seems to slope away from the drain instead of towards. As a result, we frequently have to bail out the parking spots to make them usable for customers. Flooding issues include the accessible parking spot, which poses a risk to the mobility impaired. How can we best collaborate on a solution? Thanks!
At bottom of driveway is larger patch of frozen water. We have had numerous water lines breaking and wonder if this is another? Ice patch is in curb and in street.
A few minutes ago, a white dump truck without City emblems stopped in front of my house. Two men got out and shoveled the leaves from the drain in front of my house and across the street into the drains. I thought we weren’t supposed to put leaves in the drain. The drain in front of my house is my adopt-a-drain, so it didn't have many leaves but the one across the street had more.
Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. I noticed a large pothold in the middle of the street on this block this morning. I don't think it was there last night, and it was dangerously large!
Hello. There is a dual drainage grate system in the middle of Blair Ave just before W 12th Court heading North. It looks as if the grates are sinking and are going to fall into the hole under them. There is major damage and erosion of the structural integrity of the cement and asphalt surrounding the grates and across the entire street. There is exposed metal bars that drivers swerve to miss to protect their cars putting humans and parked vehicles at risk. Can you please help? Thank you for all that you do!
I have noticed water pooling around the fire hydrant located on Circle Drive and Southdowns for over a week. It doesn’t appear to be water draining from far away, but just around the fire hydrant.
