Due to the storm on Friday night we have a lot of run off rock and old concrete from the ditches above our house on Ruby and Covenanter. Since we are the last house where the ditches turn, we get all of the debris. Can someone from the city please come and clean up our ditch (with the truck that sucks up rocks, etc.)along Ruby and Covenanter? Our front lawn grass is full of rock and mud from the flow of water on Friday night. We don't want the city to dig up our grass...we would just like them to suck up the sand, rock and black top debris in our ditches and culverts. Thank you. Sincerely, Ingrid 1104 S. Covenanter Drive

The low area of this block (1100 South between Washington and Lincoln) is in the old alley and is first flooded by the overflowing ditch along Davis Street and then water continues to flow up from damage pipe clean outs even when water in the ditch has lowered. The water peaked at about 1 foot higher than shown in the attached picture. There is a storm sewer manhole behind this garage, but no inlets are nearby. Is sanitary sewer infiltration to blame for this? Would fixing the clean outs lead to backups inside homes?

After the heavy rain on 2/7/19 a pipe in the alley behind 1107 S Washington St continued to push water up even after the water level in the Davis street ditch went down.

Hi, We know that this property has a new owner and was purchased earlier this year. Due to the storms on Friday night of last week...there is a lot of debris blocking the ditch and culvert. We are expecting rain again tomorrow and this weekend. Can the city contact the new owners to come and clean up their culvert and ditch along High street before the impending rains this weekend? This affects the whole neighborhood and will cause backups of water. Thank you.

4400 S Calloway ct. 47401 Cory Blackwell We have a water leak at our main in our yard. Our normal bill is around 40 dollars and our last one was over 160 dollars. This has happened once before about 2 years ago. The city came out and looked at it saying that it was on there end and they kindly fixed it for us... i think we have the same issue again. A large storm sewer grate has been removed and apparently thrown down into the hole created. It appears to be vandalism. We have placed 2 saw horses on either side as a temporary warning. It is unsafe and needs to be addressed no later than Monday morning.
