Responded... Hi Nick. First of all, thanks for submitting this uReport. The more folks that say something about it, the better. Second, I know this person and his mother is actually the chair of the Council for Community Accessibility. While neither have directly complained about this issue it has been on our radar as other people have seen him try to navigate that stretch of Smith Road. So I went out and did a full survey from 3rd to 10th Streets and reported every issue along that route. Then I participated in a discussion about it with the Engineering and Planning. It's not so easy to address this one because it's very narrow and can't be widened. It would also be fairly costly to do the whole route. But we have placed it on the sidewalk priority list that was submitted to Planning departments for their next round of sidewalk construction. We won't know how that very limited budget gets spent for a while, but sure hope it includes addressing this one. So that's where we stand on it. Fingers are crossed! Received complaint from City Parking Enforcement. They listed the address as 416 N. Fess for trash. There is not a 416 on City GIS.

storm water pipes are clogged and stream bed is eroding. This is on the B-line just west of the rail overpass and across from the new Habitat development. Looks like i'm about to loose a tree to erosion in the storm ditch.

Street light out at intersection. It's been like this for a long time. It's the one exactly on the intersection. Also the storm sewer grate at this same location is clogged.

Three out of four were fixed. But 118 is still out. Also, 89 is out. 4 lights along the B-Line Trail are out 151 & 149 between Adams and Moravec 124 between Fairview and Rogers 118 between Rogers and 8th St.

Light is on timer. Turns red when no one is there and backs up traffic on Bloomfield rd. During rush hours especially bad. Why isn’t it on a trip system

There is a wooden sign attached to the base of the plaza sign that is blocking line of site for vehicles southbound Willis Dr. Sign is located at 924 W. 17th St.
