I WAS TURNING LEFT ONTO W TAPP RD AND THERE IS A POTHOLE THAT CAN NOT BE AVOIDED. MY VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO CALL FOR A TOW SERVICE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK TO MY RESIDENCE. AS A RESULT I HAD TO TAKE MY CAR TO A REPAIR SHOP. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED AND PROVIDE ME WITH THE NEXT STEPS IN GETTING REIMBURSED FOR THE DAMAGE. I CAN PROVIDE RECEIPTS AND PICTURES FOR YOU TO REVIEW. THANK YOU

Smoking Violation

I live in a non-smoking building policy stablished per lease. My next door neighbor is smoking weed everyday. The marijuana smoke entry in my apartment and I have headache, increased heart rate, problems sleeping and asthma attacks. Landlord just sending generalized emails. This problem has been running for almost 4 month and is not solved.

A City of Bloomington Parks employee wearing his neon yellow logo'ed vest and shirt is bumming cigarettes off people on the B-line next to Kroger. If he was off duty, he had a jacket with him he could have covered up his City shirt. Instead he walked the B line smoking while people tried to jog and bike past him. What a poor representation of the City. No smoking in our parks by anyone let alone the staff.

Crescent Union Apts and Stryker Towing my vehicle was parked in visitors with proper tags ect...parked 3am by 11am it was gone. Stryker stated the leasing office requested it towed claimed flat tire.. it wasnt flat when I parked it there. The lot was riddled with broken glass. They also claim two vehicles same as mine both towed within 48 hrs timeframe...so many people whom already face financial hardship are getting their transportation taken and unable to pay fees. After two days it was already $265... that day I called was told they'd get back with me no one was there at lot to release my vehicle. It's now $1350 I'm medically frail and now stranded here homeless no way to get back to my hometown. Please help? Cresent Union Leasing Office requested my vehicle to be towed without any warning. My 2001 Chevy Tahoe was parked legally and within apts guidelines parked in their visitors parking lot approx 3am on or about June 17 and by noon the next day vehicle was gone. Stryker stated they requested the tow and when he arrived my back passenger tire was flat. Tire wasn't flat when I parked. I now have several photographs date time stamped their lot several piles of broken glass multiple days with no clean up. Unbeknownst to me when I parked and with no time to see or attempt to fix tire. So many stories of tenants and guest vehicles being towed at this complex people whom are already experiencing financial hardship lol sing your transportation...new management since. Driver has told Carlilse management who is looking into it as of a year ago with no resolution. Have seen others smoking while delivering or picking up

Hello - I am reporting a noise violation that I have previously reported to the City. I do not want to burden the police department with this, as I believe it can be worked out in a reasonable manner. The Royal Toyota South car lot on Walnut is a noise violation according to City Ordinances. I first reported this problem in December 2017 (Ureport Case #162088). The case is marked as "resolved" although the phone continues to ring just as loud and just as frequently to this day. Since that time, I have determined the City simply does not care. Business with multiple locations and money in town, versus lowly homeowner. I decided to report it again today because the phone has been ringing quite a bit lately. A review of City Ordinance 14.09.040 does not show this as a valid exemption. Under 14.09.030(c)(4) a loudspeaker is a prohibited noise. Also, I have heard this phone ring between the hours of 9pm and 7am previously which "is prima facie evidence of a violation of this section." The car lot has previously acknowledged to the City that this is their phone ringing. I simply want to be afforded the quiet enjoyment of my home and my property free from this incessant noise violation. I am roughly 2,000 feet from this car lot. I also know this is heard on the golf course at the Country Club, more than 3,000 feet from the car lot. The City is allowing one perpetrator to cast a very wide net of annoyance to local residents through a repeated noise violation. Please help those of us on the south side by putting an end to this violation of City ordinances. Thank you. Best, Nick

During this past weekend's storms, a tree on city owned property fell and damaged our fence. The tree also damaged an adjoining fence on coty owned property. We have taken pictures, moved the tree and crudely sealed the fences well enough to keep the dog in the yard. What are our next steps?
