The crosswalk at this intersection is not cycling to "pedestrian walk", despite having the buttons being pressed. This started happening 3 days ago before construction started in the area. Since this is by a large complex by a busy road, I would really appreciate if you could fix this issue soon! Thanks!

west 3rd Ave. I total understand that road construction needs to be completed and delays can be expected. However, the traffic pattern on west 3rd over 37 is unacceptable. I live of Johnson Drive (a few blocks east of the intersection) and I can't even get home without be blocked by traffic for 25 to 30 minutes. The construction company seems to have enough paved space now to keep 2 east/west bound lanes open and keep the traffic flow going. They need to re strip the lanes and/or have police direct traffic. There are only 2 fully operational overpasses on 37 which would be fullerton way south or 46 up north squeezing all the traffic on to 2nd/3rd which are both restricted in lanes. As I said, delays can be expected with construction but the times are unacceptable.
I am hoping you can help my daughter and granddaughter. She is having trouble in her neighborhood with vandalism, finding needles in her yard, vagrants, and more. Above her house in the front, and back, are pairs of shoes hanging from the power lines. Four pair to be exact. A known drug dealer was recently arrested in the property behind her home. A request, please send a truck that can reach the low hanging power lines and cut down the pairs of shoes. While some say that this does not mark drug activity, I believe it does in this case and I believe that my daughter is in danger. Her address is 120 E Dixie St in Bloomington. I appreciate your consideration. I live in Arizona and visit your city frequently. Recent events in the area where my daughter lives is troubling. So much so that she is selling the home and leaving the area completely. Thank you for your help. The alley light behind 1224 N Madison St; Bloomington IN; 47404 is not working. For Reference Bloomington Swim Club (315 W 17th St, Bloomington, IN 47404) is to the northwest and WigWam Botique (313 W 17th St, Bloomington, IN 47404) is to the northeast of the utility pole in question.
The street sign at the corner of S. High St. and E. Wexley Dr. has been missing for months. It would be great if it is replaced. Thank you.
