Officer Jeff Alwine left a msg on my phone about trash behind Qiasar Rugs. Tenants have moved out and did not have enough containers for the trash so it is piled up in the alley. Sears and Son will not pick up trash outside the containers.

At the turn around between College and Walnut in this park the stop sign is leaning and covered by a one way sign.

There is a vehicle blocking the sidewalk in front of this residence which has been this way for years. He has complained before about the same situation. HAND & Planning are working on other issues for this site.
