KOONTZ IS CONCERNED WITH THE EAST/WEST ALLEY TO THE SOUTH OF HER PROPERTY. TRUCKS ARE USING THIS ALLEY AS CUT THROUGH AND SOMETIMES PARK IN THE ALLEY FOR PERIODS OF TIME. KOONTZ WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A "NO TRUCK" SIGN INSTALLED FOR THE ALLEY DUE TO THE ALLEY NOT BEING WIDE ENOUGH TO ACCOMMODATE THE TRUCKS. NOTE: KOONTZ STATED THAT REYNOLDS GROUP DAMAGED HER FENCE WHILE DOING WORK FOR THE CITY UTILITIES DEPT ON ROGERS STREET.

Vi took this call. Re: Men putting up new roof on house at NW corner of Hillside & S Madison - throwing old roofing material, nails into yard, street, sidewalk. Do they have a permit? Trash cans are not being taken in. People walking by use trash cans. Complaintant has contacted owner but nothing gets done about it. She is extremely upset about this & tired of looking at their trash cans all the time. Wondered if this apt. bldg. should have a dumpster.
