We were overcharged for water this month. The SA Customer Portal Dashboard says we consumed 1,774 gallons of water from August 2-September 1, and the bill claims we consumed 3,000 gallons.
Water is currently running on the toilet always draining the overflow. Also toliet top lid broke when trying to figure out issues
My water will doubled, but I did not increase my usage significantly. Could I have my meter evaluated?

This month the utility bill for our household is $133.67. This is almost double what we normally pay and our service consumption almost doubled as well, but we haven't changed anything out of our normal routine.
When i bought this house 4 years ago, all paperwork said "city sewer" Turns out, my house actually runs on a Septic tank. Was not informed about this till one of your guys had to come over cause my water was backing up through the drains

My utility bill is almost $200 a month. I have had a Plumber make adjustments to toilets to ensure none are malfunctioning. I’m wondering if there is a leak somewhere. Could you tell me if you can help assess this? Thanks
I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work. Courtyard Bloomington room 203 bathtub is leaking 100 gallons per day and they aren't fixing it.
