There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. During the fall of 2020, annual maintenance of the electric wires on the right side of the street (heading south) was done. I don’t know if it’s the city, Duke Energy, or a company who performs this task but today I am writing to complain about the results of the work. It affects the following locations * Beginning at 1816 S High heading south through 2011 S High * And again beginning at 2020 S High heading south through 2021 S High As an avid gardener, it is painful to look at the way the trees are trimmed in the first place. This is the most egregious offense. And just as important, the trees and limbs that were removed are randomly thrown on the ground and it is a visual eyesore. When I look at this I wonder why all the trees aren’t just removed from both stretches on South High? Who is responsible for this mess and what can be done about it? It is shoddy work and our town of Bloomington shouldn’t allow for it.

CBU utility repair project in street several months ago was never completed. Street is now crumbling.

Car parked on street has not been moved in at least three months, now tires have gone flat and the car cannot even be moved. This is not a permit zone and there is extremely limited parking for all of the houses on the block.

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME BUS 6 1198 HAS THREATEND MY FAMILY FOR MY CAR BEING 6 INCHES IN THE ROADWAY. IF HE THREATENS TOO CALL THE COPS ON MY FAMILY AGIAN WE ARE GOING TOO GO FURTHER INTO THIS WITH CHARGES, I AM OVER THE WAY HE TREATS RESIDENTS AT THE KNIGHTRIDGE APARTMENTS. I am having an issue with my front ditch flooding every time it rains. This picture was taken today (June 2nd, 2021) during the light rain we experienced throughout the day. When we receive heavy down pours or rain for multiple days the runoff storm water puts my mailbox post underwater. Which, over time, rots the post (I have recently had it replaced). When the front yard does flood the water travels across the road in a 30-40 foot wide swath, several inches deep. When dry, the culverts (under my driveway and the one going under the road) can be observed as 95-100% silted in and obstructed. I have noticed over the past couple of years where the city has had the utilities marked and the culvert marked going under the road. Other culverts in the Park RIdge neighborhood have been replaced or repaired except for the one in front of my residence. I would appreciate an update on when this issue will be addressed.

Persistent speeding and failure to stop at intersection of Park Ridge and Morningside. Very dangerous next to park and residential area. 95% of area speed problem comes from Summerhouse. Please have police monitor. Has been requested before.
