Hello sanitation team, I first want to thank you all for installing a trash enclosure outside our building to help with the trash flow. I wanted to ask if at all possible if we can get a lid on the regular trash side that is the same size as the recycling side as our plastic platter fit in that hole and we has seen a significant amount of loss in this item due to our outdoor seating. Please let me know if we can do this it would be amazing to take care of. thank you.

Hello! We got a notice for leaving our recycling can put past 24 hours of pickup, because our recycling has not been picked up for a MONTH? I do not think it is fair for us to have to pay any fine at all, as we put the correct items in the recycling container and it wasn’t overflowing. We left the can out by the street for 24 hours in case recycling came by later because we were not sure what was going on and why it never got picked up? I even sent an email about 2 weeks ago and never got a response!!! We are upset about this and would appreciate a response. Ticket: 62023-02-0428 Please take a look and consider appealing this. There's a mattress that either fell off a vehicle or from a homeless camp that needs to be removed. It's right off the sidewalk.
