This project will reconstruct alleys in the downtown Bloomington area.  

A portion of this project was completed by Public Works staff in late 2022; the remainder of this project is indefinitely on hold.

Project Timeline:

  • Design: Summer 2022
  • Construction: Fall 2022 and Spring 2023.

Maintenance of Traffic:

  • Individual alleys will be closed to through traffic during construction.

Bids are due in the City Hall Atrium by 11:45 AM on Monday, August 29th, 2022.  Bids will be opened and read aloud at a work session of the Board of Public Works, City Hall, 401 North Morton Street at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Monday, August 29th, 2022.  

All bids for this project were rejected.
