Simply Gluten Free micro-bakery was started in 2024. My husband, 3 children and I have dietary restrictions and have found it difficult to buy treats that meet our needs, taste delicious and are affordable. Knowing that there is a need for allergen friendly goods, I decided to try my hand at opening a small business from home. We specialize in gluten free desserts that can also be nut free and dairy free!
