Bloomington, Ind. - The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department, with special guest City Council member Martin Spechler, will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the new playground at [Park Ridge Park|285] on Friday, July 24 at 11 a.m.
