City of Bloomington Utilities to Celebrate Monroe Water Treatment Plant’s 50th Anniversary
The City of Bloomington Utilities invites residents to join in a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Monroe Water Treatment Plant on Saturday, September 16, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market.
The family-friendly celebration in front of City Hall will include games, science experiments, trucks and more. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about where our water comes from, how to conserve water use and how to protect its quality.
