City of Bloomington 24-Hour Phone Line Non-Functioning

Bloomington, Ind. – City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) reports that its 24-hour phone line (812-339-1444) for after-hours emergencies related to water, sewer, streets, etc. is non-functioning at this time. AT&T has been alerted. 

If you need assistance through the weekend, please call 812-349-3400. Although this phone is normally staffed during weekday hours only, it has been extended for 24-hour access through the weekend. Calls will be answered by a staff member when possible and voice messages will be checked regularly.  

As always, emergencies should be called into 911 and non-emergency police matters should be called into the non-emergency police number at 812-339-4477.
