The City of Bloomington Announces Availability of 2024-2025 Neighborhood Residential Parking Permits

The City of Bloomington residential parking permits for 2024-2025 are now available for purchase online. Residents in Neighborhood Parking Zones 1-6 & 9-11 may submit an application at bloomington.t2hosted.com.  

A map identifying where a neighborhood parking permit is required for on-street parking in Bloomington is available at bton.in/resip

Required documents for the online application include current vehicle registration(s), driver's license, current property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or disability license plate information. Additional documentation is required for Indiana University students residing in Greek houses and at Collins Living-Learning Center.

All applications for the 2024-2025 permits will be completed online, and permits will be mailed to residents. In-person permit sales are not available.
