Bloomington, IN - The City of Bloomington Community Arts Commission (BCAC) announces that applications are now available for the Spring Cycle of the Arts Project Grant Program. Deadline for applications is October 1, 2009. The BCAC encourages all eligible artists and organizations to apply. Grants of up to $1,000 may be awarded to nonprofit organizations participating in arts activities that align with the mission of the BCAC, which is to stimulate the appreciation and development of artistic activities and educational programs in Bloomington. All activities supported through the grant must be located within the City of Bloomington. Interested artists and nonprofit organizations should visit http://bloomington.in.gov/bcac to download an application.
