Bloomington, IN - The City of Bloomington Community Arts Commission (BCAC) announces that applications are now available for the Fall Cycle of its 2011 Arts Project Grant Program. Deadline for applications is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2011. The BCAC encourages all eligible organizations to apply.

Grants of up to $1,000 may be awarded to nonprofit organizations participating in arts activities that align with the mission of the BCAC, which is to stimulate and encourage arts and cultural activities in Bloomington. Grant applications will be judged by the BCAC for their artistic quality, community impact, organizational capacity, and project history. All activities supported through the grant must be located within the city of Bloomington and completed within one year.
