2022-2023 Neighborhood Residential Parking Permits Available for Purchase
Bloomington, Ind. - Neighborhood residential parking permits for 2022-2023 are now available for purchase online. Residents in Neighborhood Parking Zones 1-6 & 9-11 may submit an application at bloomington.t2hosted.com.
A map identifying the zones where a neighborhood parking permit is required for on-street parking in Bloomington is available at https://bton.in/J3rGd.
The online application process includes uploading required documents, which may include current vehicle registration(s), driver's license, current property tax statement or utility bill, signed and dated lease, and disability parking placard or disability license plate information. Indiana University students residing in Greek houses and at Collins Living-Learning Center must provide additional documentation.

All 2022-23 permit applications will be completed online, and permits mailed to residents. In-person permit sales are not available.
