PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Conduit Installation for Clear Creek Culvert Reconstruction (Dunn St to Indiana Ave)
PROJECT DETAILS:
This project will include (but is not limited to) the installation of (2) 6-inch diameter Schedule 40 PVC Conduits extending from the NE corner of Dunn St and the alley N of Kirkwood Ave, running E to Indiana Ave, and then crossing and running N under Indiana Ave to the E-side of the intersection of Indiana Ave and 6th St. Specific details for the conduit installation and incidental work items are outline within the quote packet and plans below.
Quotes are to be submitted in proper form, as described in the “Instructions to Quoters” which can be found within the quote packet.

QUOTE CLOSE DATE:
Sealed quotes shall be received by the Utilities Department, at 600 E Miller Drive, Bloomington, Indiana 47401, at or before 4:00 PM local time on Thursday, April 27, 2023. Any quotes received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Quotes will be publicly opened and read aloud at the special Utilities Service Board meeting which begins at 4:00 PM local time on April 27, 2023.
A pre-quote meeting is not planned for this project.
QUOTE AWARDS:
Award of the quote may be made during the regularly scheduled USB Meeting on May 8, 2023, or a subsequent meeting of the Board.
