The Policy Committee of the Bloomington-Monroe County Metropolitan Planning Organization (BMCMPO) discusses and approves MPO policies, plans, and programs. The MPO Policy Committee meetings are open to the public and are held monthly in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 401 N Morton Street in Bloomington, Indiana. Recordings of Policy Committee meetings can be viewed on CATS TV's website and CATS TV's YouTube Channel.
