Fall has arrived and pumpkins are flying in the skies over the Monroe County Fairgrounds!

Launcher teams send pumpkins soaring through the air in competitions for distance an accuracy. get a team together to build and enter a pumpkin launching device! Cannons and chemically powered launchers are NOT permitted.

Not a builder? Not to worry! Watch pumpkins fly through the air duirng the competitions, and see them splatter to the ground when we drop them from a bucket truck.

There is plenty more to do and see at the Pumpkin Launch, including live music by Will Holler, food trucks, and even a meet and greet with launch teams. Bring a lawn chair, sit back, and be amazed by launch device ingenuity!
