Important COVID-19 Information:

Along with federal, state, and local agencies, the City of Bloomington is implementing protocols to maintain continuity of City government services to support the community’s well-being and protect residents’ and employees’ health during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

At the City of Bloomington, the health and safety of our community, team members, and their families remains our top priority. The parking garages will remain open and available for all of our guests until further notice. As this highly dynamic situation evolves, we continue to monitor and adapt our approach to serve the best interests of our community as new solutions and information become available.

As of April 1st, unused individual parking passes will be suspended until you request reactivation. You will not be required to maintain your monthly parking payment if the pass is not in use.

If you need to cancel your parking, you may do so by one of two methods:

  1. Contact the garage office at 812.349.3844
  2. You may also email a cancellation request to dailyr@bloomington.in.gov. In your email, please make sure you provide your first and last name.

Thank you for your patronage and we look forward to continually serve our community.
