Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Bloomington is implementing new regulations for obtaining permits and will not conduct in-person sales. In an attempt to protect the community and city employees, all 2020-2021 permit applications will be completed online and all permits will be mailed.
The City of Bloomington would like to thank you for your patience, as we continue to follow precautionary measures into 2021 and strive to provide you with exceptional service.
