INSTALLATION & INSPECTION:
Contact our Environmental Program Coordinator with the make, model, and serial number of your backflow device(s), and to schedule an inspection of the device upon installation.
DEVICE TESTING:
All backflow devices must be tested upon installation by an Indiana Registered Cross-Connection Control Device Inspector. The test results are to be submitted to TrackMyBackflow within 30 days of the test, and then annual testing & reporting thereafter.
