Industrial Pretreatment

Permit Application

Federal, state, and local pretreatment requirements establish rules for industrial users discharging to the publicly owned treatment works (POTW) which includes all components of the sanitary system and wastewater treatment plant. In some instances, industrial, non-residential, users must obtain a permit to discharge wastewater to the POTW.
