Phone Call: While burying his neighbor cable drop, Insight tore out Mr. Vandervort's cable. They ran a new cable across his yard. It took five weeks to bury his cable. Now, its been 10 weeks since the inital incident and his yard is still not repaired. He has made several phone calls to Insight to resolve this problem.
