9:22am =- Michael Chase forwarded me a Ureport concerning a NWC at 309 E 7th St. Customer had asked for "Main to be shut off under steel plate." Called customer to get clarification. Understood that they were requesting an emergency OFF because they suspect their pipes may be subject to bursting. Texted notification to JW, made out W/O and placed on his number.
