Just after the overpass when headed north on Smith Road (toward 10th Street) there is a large pothole that takes up the entirety of the bike lane. That area had been closed off for several weeks to fix a hole created by the utility crew working on the power lines. However, it was not completely filled and the hole that was left cannot be biked over safely. The situation is now more dangerous than when the area was closed off, as there are no cones or tape to indicate to the cyclists and the drivers that the cyclist will need to enter the traffic lane to avoid wrecking over the pothole. As is, this serves a serious danger. Someone is either going to get hit by a car while trying to avoid the large hole the are not expecting, or hit it and fall into traffic.

Please install another street light at the end of the 6th street. The neighborhood gets pretty dark during night time. Please choose a suitable location.

Please replace the sodium street light at the end of this west 6th street. Since our neighborhood is prone to thefts, please do this ASAP. It has been flickering for the past few weeks.

There is a large tree that blocks the view of the east side of the road on 8th street from Roosevelt street. There have been many close calls with traffic and I think it's dangerous. The only way to see traffic coming from the east side is to pull up past the tree, but by then you are already halfway in the road. I would appreciate it if this tree could be cut down or at least cut in a way that makes it possible to see the road. PLEASE fix this street light. Our car has been broken into THREE TIMES because without this light the area between houses is pitch black. I reported it through this form before with no effect. The light's transformer or capacitor is dying. The light cycles on/off all night - off more than on. PLEASE repair this light!!

Traffic light at N. Union St. and E. 10th St. The light is green for N-S bound traffic on Union St. for much longer than traffic moving E-W on 10th. This is causing long and unnecessary backups on 10th St. This began a few months ago. Please look into adjusting the light timer.

Note location should be Winslow Farm Community Association storm water retention pond (DO NOT contact this home address). Note: I live at 414 E Wylie Farm road. My question is should soil erosion in Winslow forest be abated since we have a lot of soil in our storm water detention pond that seems to highly likely have come from Winslow woods (accumulated since WFCA pond was constructed in 1995).
