Ms. Black stated that she had heard the Weddle Bro's were only going to place sod on one side of the sidewalk. She was very concerned with this.

Clarizz Boulevard gate open despite local plan for site that requires it to be closed until mid April. Please take legal action.
A section of sidewalk was removed last fall and was never replaced.
Citizen objects that Utilities will only repave area torn up for water main installation. Says the work has damaged the whole street and it needs repaving. Says the front of her property has been damaged by storage & removal of gravel, etc. Wants her lawn repaired. Has spoken with Doug Jones who said Mike Farmer would call her. Has also spoken with Dana at Street.

Street Dept. is installing a handicap ramp in front of his property. He says that the property is not handicap accessible and that there shouldn't be a ramp there. Sidewalk crews told him that they are required to put in ramps per ADA.
1200-1300 S.MADISON (FROM GRIMES TO HILLSIDE) REYNOLDS CONSTRUCTION DOING WORK FOR UTILITIES DEPT. EXCESS DIRT/SAND NEEDS TO BE SWEPT UP.
A CONCERNED CITIZEN CAME INTO THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT REGARDING THE CULVERT PIPE INSTALLED ON SOUTH ROGERS STREET ( A FEW YARDS NORTH OF #1604) AT THE RAILROAD TRACKS. THE GROUND/ROAD ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER IS ERODING AWAY CAUSING A STEEP DROP OFF. REYNOLDS COMPANY DID A ROAD PROJECT AT THIS AREA APPROXIMATELY LAST YEAR OR THE YEAR BEFORE. THE CITIZEN IS CONCERNED THAT THE ROAD WILL CONTINUE TO ERODE AWAY, COULD SOMEONE FROM THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TAKE A LOOK AT THE PIPE.
STREET CUT STILL NEEDS REPAIRED WHERE CBU REPAIRED MAIN BREAK
Ms Sudbury is unhappy with the amount of traffic that is using Wapehani Road as a cut-through from the Wapehani Hills development.
