WHEN IT RAINS THE WATER POOLS IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. TIM LAWSON, CITY ENGINEER, IS GOING TO TALK WITH BOBBY CHESTNUT, STREET SUPERINTENDENT, TO HAVE SOMEONE FROM STREETS CHECK THE PIPE.

Original complaint #602 assigned 11/7/1996. Mable Wade & her daughter Winona Collins live at 1005 Orris Ave. Water is coming out of the sewer above and flooding down on them. Mable wants someone from the city to come and see the situation. Streets came out and unclogged the storm sewer of leaves, however, problem is still getting worse.

Having serious flooding in the ditch in front of his house caused by development occuring at E 3rd St. & Smith Rd. Large culvert under his drive (3' diameter) is failing. He says it is in the City right-of-way.

Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.
