CUSTOMER SUGGESTS THE RETURN ADDDRESS BE ON THE BILL.
customer would like for someone to contact her concerning new stormwater charges. She is extremely unhappy with amount she is being billed..
Customer doesn't like that on her new bill it says $0.00 balance due but at the bottom says the amount being taken out of her bank account. She has aqua-pay. She says this is confusing. Also says phone number should be on the bill someplace.
Customer called to suggest that a phone number be printed on the bill so customers don't have to look number up in the phone book....
Customer concerned about two things on new billing format. When they are an aqua-pay customer it says balance due $0.00 but under that says the amount being debited from their account. Customer says it is confusing. Also said a phone number to call should be on the bill.
Letter stated that Ms. Rockwood owned rental property at 914 E. 14th. House is now vacant but has util. bill of $396.70. No leaks can be found. Owner requested adjustment of bill.
Mr. Winkel would like to appeal to the USB because he does not feel he should be required to pay the connection fee for sewer at this location.
SHE WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE APARTMENT COMPLEXES DO NOT RECEIVE THE SUMMER SEWER AVERAGE. SHE COMMENTED THAT MOST COMPLEXES KEEP THEIR LAWNS WATERED TO LOOK NICE SO THEY SHOULD RECEIVE SOME TYPE OF BREAK IN THE SEWER PORTION OF THEIR BILLS SAME AS RESIDENTAL CUSTOMERS.
Mr. Waters has called and visited numerous times. He feels he should be credited $50 because he was on vacation and did not use that amount of water. His meter was tested and no problems were found. Mr. Waters told that he could not be credited that amount. He wants to appeal to Mike Phillips when he returns.
